Ready to take action and improve your business analyst delivery?
This approach adds value to your existing business analyst cohort. You can add to your existing team by adding a Lead Business Analyst, or a Practice Lead who can help with giving structure, leadership and clarity to the role and helping provide guidance and support to your team on a focused and deliberate goal in 12 weeks.
We have discussed ROI and we will provide an estimate early based on what we are indicating around delivery, yet are confident that a standard business analyst should be returning 8-9x ROI, we have measures that will show increases to up to 20x ROI.
A standard Business Analyst consultant from the Big 4 is priced at around $220/hr or $2000/day, this gives you the power to be connected through community-led business analysts that are built and customised to be able to deliver the value you are after. The ROI means that the value added exceeds the budget, thus creating great value before starting. If we do not see ROI with you, we will not recommend moving forward.
This model works for large businesses - ideally with multiple sites, locations and business units.
That is ok, you can still forward plan and get us involved in your forecasting and future plans so that we can have our people ready to assist you and achieve your goals.
We have an approach that can deliver outcomes and provide deliverables and delivery that will achieve those goals.
Our suggested options are 12 week cohorts aiming towards outcomes as these are able to allocate the appropriate effort, resourcing and work to deliver the outcomes in that timeframe. Our pricing is modelled around that, yet if a scoping exercise was required it would be charged at $220/hr or $2000 per day.
The basic requirements for the difference between roles are Business Analyst - 1-3 years, Senior Business Analyst 3-10 years (Certified), Lead Business Analyst 10-15 years (Leadership Qualification), Practice Lead with 15 years+ (Leadership Experience + Leadership + Business Analyst Certification).
For more tailored requirements we are working on a service catalogue that can deliver greater definitions around these roles and to make it clearer on where these can be used to indicate what value each role provides.
We scope work before bringing in the client on board and are clear around how this will be approached before we begin.
Our deliverables will be using MIRO, Confluence and JIRA and we will handover deliverables in formats such as MS Word, PDF or Excel as outputs that can be stored or reused in future uses. This can be discussed as part of the scoping work.
While this is typical, we expect that the outcome is already met by that 12 weeks and anything beyond this is another 12 week engagement. Ideally we suggest that we are providing a new candidate to embed and change the approach so that the outcome is clearly met and there is no need for a handover as no overlap is required.
We will have templates, frameworks and roadmaps available for use after we have completed our outcome so that work can continue beyond our engagement. We discuss this as part of the scoping exercise before we deliver this outcome.
Names have been provided above with case studies examples of what leadership in business analysis looks like. If you wanted more case studies or examples that are tailored to your industry or sector, feel free to reach out.
That is ok, refer us onto the right people and we will help you become more successful where you are. We are here to add value to, not replace any work done by others.
